Stuck in a Rut -- Time to Make a Change?
What have you done recently to take the necessary steps to get out of your rut?
Are you going to wait until the calendar reads 2011 to do something about your situation?
NO one will do it for you. You must take the initiative and make those changes yourself.
Do you want to start working out again? Go to the gym today! Do you want to reconnect with an old friend? Then pick up the phone. Do you want to change your financial future? Then explore all your options. Do you want to be a better mom? Take time and make a play date with your child.
Do you want to get off the escalator? Then take the first step.

What do you use to: clean your house? wash your clothes? dust? disinfect?
Do you ever take time to think about the chemicals in those products and the side effects associated with them? I did not. I was not very educated about what chemicals my kids were sleeping on or wearing all day long. I did not think about what I cleaned the kitchen table with and how many times food dropped off the plate and ended up in their mouth.

Take time today - you do not know what tomorrow brings
I am not posting this to make any one sad. I am just hoping that because of the loss that our friend and her two children experienced 10 years ago, that we will all take time TODAY to realize what we have.
